Application

Attach the chip vertically to the 7th cervical vertebra (approx. shoulder height) or the solar plexus (upper abdominal region, between ribs and navel) using the adhesive patch one to two weeks before the expected pollen season .

You can easily switch between the two systemic attachment options. Alternatively, the PollenFriend can also be glued/sewn onto a close-fitting garment (at the level of the solar plexus or 7th cervical vertebra).


The effects vary from user to user. Initially , we recommend leaving the chip in the same position for at least 48 hours without interruption to allow the body to adjust.

The enclosed adhesive patch is very skin-friendly, waterproof, and generally allows for durable use. Therefore, the chip can be worn without hesitation during sports, showering, or air travel.

For sensitive skin, we recommend removing the frequency chip once a day and cleaning it with soap and running water. In rare cases, however, local skin irritation may occur. To prevent irritation, we recommend using a suitable patch or bandage depending on your skin type.

Duration of effect

It is recommended to replace the frequency chip after 6-9 months.

Mode of action

The e.CHI frequency chip stores specific frequencies that are imprinted onto the chip using a special process with a frequency generator.
